glass looks good, reticle is usable at low magnification, especially with illumination. very short length which may look a little out of place on longer guns, but great for shorter ones. eye box at highest magnification is quite tight so mounting is critical. overall phenomenal scope and features for the price point

Son las mejores anillas y soportes que he usado. El aluminio interior no hace daño al visor, además....es realmente fácil de colocarlas perfectas:
"cierre los soportes picatinny (anillas) en una base a nivel y a la distancia carril-con objetivo deseado" , Ponga las anillas a nivel, "sin apretar apenas el visor".
Coloque todo en el carril nuevamente y apriete sólo las anillas,... ponga el visor a nivel y apriete con cuidado para no mover el nivel del visor, porque jamás aunque monte y desmonte el nivel cambiará....y ya esta todo al 100%.

Very nice optic for the price
Putting together a budget 223 setup for the kiddo to get into some longer range shooting. Picked up the HT gen 2 6-24 with a set of 7075 med height rings. So far pleasantly suprised with the scope. Took it out yesterday for the first shoot and the glass is very good for the price. My buddy was shooting a 10 year old Burris beside me and he was also impressed with the discovery. Was shooting everything From a kyl rack and paper at 100 yards to steel at 550 and the scope performed well. Turret tracking seems consistent. The only real issues with this scope are that the reticle is overly fine when zoomed out, to the point it's very difficult to use at 6x zoom this is a issue with FFP scopes. Also the eye box is small. I wouldn't put this scope on my hunting rifle, but for a budget bench shooter I think it's hard to beat. It was also useful for spotting for my buddy at 550 yards. Could see splash from his 223 on a grassy backstop.

Scope had different reticle than I ordered customer service made it right and sent correct scope I was impressed with how fast they took care of the issue. The scope they sent for replacement is clear and seems well built haven't had a chance to shoot my gun and see how it does .

Extremely impressed with Discovery Optics. First off, I have a significant amount of experience shooting long range rifles across 30+ years of military, police and contract work. I own and have used "industry standard" provided optics. I recognize the slight differences in clarity and light transmission based on the quality of the glass.
I can't brag enough on the product Discovery produces. If you're skeptical, make the purchase, you WILL NOT be disappointed.
I have purchased 2 and Discovery has been awesome. Great product, great prices and superb customer service and communication. My DISCOVERYOPT ED-PRS GENⅡ 4-20X52SFIR FFP-MRAD- with locking turrets is on my MPA .308 with aProof carbon barrel, and it outperforms the previous high end scope I had on it, at a 1/3 of the price. It looks good, low light transmissionis better and the glass is extremely clear. The turret adjustments are spot on. Head to head comparison of this scope next to a similar powered competitor priced at $1000, I honestly feel this one is better. Myself and a friend were looking at a tree limb at 500 yards, and the clarity and definition was better with my Discovery. I also purchased a lower grade Discovery for a hunting rifle and it performs awesome. To test its quality, I sighted it in at 100 yards, and using 20x20 inch target, I soun the turrets 20 down and 20 left, fired 3 rounds, 40 up and 3 rounds, 40 right and 3 rounds, 20 down and 20 left for 1 round and it impacted in my original zero group. Each point of aim in this drill was center, checking to see if the scope would handle the adjustments correctly. I can say the expected MOA adjustments matched the actual measurements on paper. Great quality and excellent price, you won't be disappointed.
