Do you ship overseas?

We offer free shipping overseas. Currently, the main regions we can ship to include Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. (Shipments to Russia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa are currently not available).

How long will it take to get my order?

Currently, there are local warehouses in the EU and the US for directshipments with a delivery time of 2-10 days. Shipments to other regionsare sent from China with a delivery time of 10-20 days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

About tax exemption

In the EU region: Shipments from the warehouse in Poland are duty-free (excluding islands).

In the US region: Shipments from the warehouse in Los Angeles are duty-free (excluding islands).

Regarding shipments originating from China:

Packages exceeding 2kg in weight will incur customs duties.

Packages weighing less than 2kg are exempt from customs duties.

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Our return and exchange policy allows for free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Following this 30-day period, returns and exchanges will no longer be provided without charge.
Warranty Policy
Lifetime Warranty: Applies to XED, ED, HD, and LHD series products. 3-Year Warranty: Applies to HT, HS, WG, MS series products, and thermal imaging devices. Accessories: Are excluded from warranty coverage. However, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.

We maintain a strict 30-day inspection window. Units must be returned in "As-New" condition with all original serialized components and calibration certificates.

Returned units undergo a full optical bench test to verify integrity.

CREDIT ISSUANCE

Fulfillment of refund occurs within 5 business days of laboratory clearance.
